About the role
Own recruiting from sourcing through offers for a remote software company. You'll work with hiring managers, keep hiring records accurate and help candidates move through each step.
What you'll work on
- Find and contact candidates, including people who aren't actively looking for a job.
- Manage recruiting workflows in Greenhouse and keep hiring documents current.
- Work with the talent team on offers and headcount records. Check that pay follows internal guidelines.
What the employer asks for
- 5+ years of recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS or tech.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organization and clear communication while managing several roles and deadlines.
- Availability for in-person onboarding.
