About the role
Help partners and sales teams move deals through quoting and ordering. You'll fix day-to-day process issues and keep partner records accurate so teams can see where work is getting stuck.
What you'll work on
- Handle partner account setup, deal registration and quote requests through order completion.
- Check Salesforce and partner data, build dashboards and support month-end reporting.
- Improve partner program workflows, document fixes and help teams use updated processes.
What the employer asks for
- Experience in partner operations, sales operations, deal desk, order management or a related field, with direct support for sales teams or partners.
- Experience with enterprise quote-to-cash processes, commercial tools, Salesforce and partner portals.
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, including dashboards in Salesforce or tools such as Tableau.
- Hands-on use of generative AI tools, sound judgment about human review, and clear written and verbal communication. Impartner, SQL or Snowflake experience is a plus.
