By using Jobbi, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our goal is simple: help you land your dream job with AI-optimized resumes.

Using Jobbi

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobbi.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and resume.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, including resumes, cover letters, and personal information. By using our service, you grant us permission to process this content to provide our optimization features.

Jobbi Pro Subscription

  • Pro features require an active subscription
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

Credits and Refunds

Jobbi uses credits to run auto-apply and related features. Credits are granted with a subscription, added when a paid renewal is processed, and can also be purchased in one-time credit packs.

  • All purchases are final. Subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable once the payment is processed, including any unused credits in your balance.
  • Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for money.
  • Credits in your balance do not expire while your account is active.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future credit grants. Credits already in your balance stay usable.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable law or by Apple App Store or Google Play policy for a purchase made through those stores, that requirement applies and overrides the above.

AI-Generated Content

Jobbi uses AI to optimize resumes and generate cover letters. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. AI suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees of job placement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Jobbi for any unlawful purpose
  • Create false or misleading resume content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
  • Share your account with others or resell access

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Jobbi is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including job application outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Jobbi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
