Your Privacy Matters
Jobbi is designed with privacy at its core. We believe your personal information belongs to you, and we've built our app to minimize data collection while maximizing value.
Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name to create your account.
Resume Data: Your resume content, work experience, and skills are stored securely to provide optimization services.
Auto Apply: When you use Auto Apply, we process the resume and application profile you give us on our servers. This includes the contact details needed to fill applications. We send your application information to the employers and application sites you choose. If you connect Gmail, we use that connection for application emails and verification codes.

AI Processing
We use Google's Gemini AI to optimize resumes and generate cover letters. Only the information necessary for optimization is sent to AI services. Your private contact information is never shared with AI providers.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your information is stored securely using Supabase, with row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your data.

Third-Party Services
We integrate with Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In for authentication. These services have their own privacy policies. We also use analytics to improve our app experience.
Meta ad measurement
If you allow Meta ad measurement, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure and improve our ads. We share visits to public landing pages, completed registrations, trial starts and confirmed purchases. The data can include a hashed account ID, Meta browser and click IDs, browser information and your IP address. It can also include event times and purchase amounts and currencies. The hashed ID can still be linked to your account. We don't send your resume, job details, name, email address, phone number or postal address to Meta. Meta may use this information under its Privacy Policy. You can use Jobbi without allowing this. Turn it off in Privacy settings to stop future sharing. We also keep sharing off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. If you allow measurement, your permission expires after 180 days.

If you come to Jobbi through a partner's link, we set a cookie that remembers that link for 90 days. When you create an account, we note which partner sent you, so we can pay them a share of what you pay us. The cookie holds a random id and no personal information. We never give partners your name or your email.
