About the role
Own the systems and day-to-day work behind software partner programs. You'll manage deal registration and partner payments, and build AI agents to cut manual work.
What you'll work on
- Run partner deal registration and quoting workflows, and resolve billing issues.
- Manage partner onboarding, rebates and incentives.
- Administer partner platforms and Salesforce data, and lead testing for system changes.
- Maintain partner reporting and coordinate month-end close with finance teams.
