About the role
You'll recruit sales staff, with a focus on account executives, and handle hiring from the first search through the offer. Finding and reaching out to candidates is a large part of the job.
What you'll work on
- Run the recruiting process in Greenhouse from opening a role to filling it.
- Find candidates who aren't actively looking and use team networks to reach them.
- Guide candidates through interviews and offers, then hand new hires over for onboarding.
- Keep hiring records accurate, check headcount and pay details, and keep hiring managers updated.
- Manage several searches at once and keep recruiting projects on schedule.
What the employer asks for
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with senior leaders in SaaS or tech.
- Extensive experience hiring account executives and working with sales leaders.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organization and attention to detail across documents and recruiting systems.
- Clear remote communication and comfort with changing priorities in a busy team.
