About the role
Lead hiring for senior roles across sales and corporate teams. You'll work directly with executives, research potential candidates and guide confidential searches through to an accepted offer.
What you'll work on
- Run VP-level and other senior searches, from market research to choosing candidates and negotiating offers.
- Help executives decide what they need in a hire and use evidence to assess candidates.
- Improve search methods and reporting while managing several confidential searches.
What the employer asks for
- Experience running VP-level and senior executive searches independently through to a hire, in-house or at a search firm.
- Experience hiring across corporate functions and advising C-suite leaders.
- Strong talent research, leadership assessment and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive searches on your own. Experience with global executive searches or fast-growing technology or enterprise software companies is helpful.
