About the role
Lead a recruiting team that hires sales talent across the Americas. You'll work with sales leaders on hiring plans and stay involved in searches for senior or specialized roles.
What you'll work on
- Coach recruiters and plan team capacity against hiring goals.
- Build structured interviews and repeatable recruiting processes for sales teams.
- Use recruiting data to find hiring delays and improve results.
- Recruit senior and specialized sales candidates when needed.
