About the role
Help customers use software development tools after they buy them. You'll share technical advice through live sessions and workshops, working with a pool of customers rather than a fixed set of accounts.
What you'll work on
- Guide customers through source code management, CI/CD, DevSecOps and Agile Planning workflows.
- Run webinars and hands-on labs, and help customers make architecture and implementation decisions.
- Create reusable demos and learning materials with customer success and account teams.
What the employer asks for
- Software development or systems engineering experience, with knowledge of DevSecOps tools or related technical tools.
- Experience advising customers after a sale and explaining technical tradeoffs clearly.
- Ability to manage work with several customers and share technical guidance in writing and live presentations.
