Remote in the United States or Canada. You'll travel occasionally for events and leadership offsites.
About the role
You'll work with the VP of Growth Marketing on plans and budgets across ten functions, and follow up on decisions. This is a Principal individual contributor role with no direct reports.
What you'll work on
- Run planning and business reviews, track goals, and follow up on decisions.
- Lead projects that span teams and help leaders solve problems when the VP is busy elsewhere.
- Track budgets and recommend where to spend. Make decisions within the authority the VP gives you in writing.
- Represent Growth Marketing in pipeline reviews and partner meetings. Prepare executive updates and keynote drafts.
- Work with the AI Transformation Owner to track how teams use AI and what changes as a result.
What the employer asks for
- Extensive B2B software marketing experience, including senior leadership and responsibility for pipeline or revenue.
- Experience across demand generation, events, lifecycle or product led growth, partner marketing and marketing operations.
- A record of finishing projects across teams without managing the people involved.
- Comfort reading P&L reports and budget models. You'll need to understand consumption and subscription businesses.
- Experience running planning cycles and business reviews. Daily use of AI tools, including tools you've built or configured.
- Clear writing and experience briefing senior leaders. You'll handle confidential information each day.
- Knowledge of developer, DevOps or platform engineering audiences, or the ability to learn quickly.
