About the role
Help a trust and safety team turn fraud patterns into better product defenses. You'll coordinate technical projects across teams and track whether they reduce abuse and its costs.
What you'll work on
- Turn fraud and abuse trends into project requirements, with clear priorities and cost estimates.
- Coordinate engineering and product work on defenses, including payment fraud controls and account verification.
- Use AI to help identify risks early, track program results and escalate serious abuse incidents.
What the employer asks for
- 5+ years in technical or security program management, trust and safety, fraud or risk operations, including hands-on fraud or abuse experience.
- Experience driving projects across teams without direct authority.
- Knowledge of account takeover, payment fraud and other common abuse patterns.
- Technical understanding of web applications, APIs, authentication and billing systems, with clear written communication.
