About the role
Design the tools people use every day in a visual editor, including text and layout controls. You'll lead major editor projects and prototype how AI and code can help people create while keeping control of their work.
What you'll work on
- Take core editor designs from research and early prototypes through release and iteration.
- Set design priorities with product and engineering teams, using research and product data to test ideas.
- Review work with other designers and mentor peers.
What the employer asks for
- 8+ years in product design, including leading complex software projects through launch and iteration.
- A portfolio of shipped work showing strong interaction and visual design, with examples of simplifying complex workflows.
- Experience researching, prototyping or building products with AI, plus clear reasoning based on user research.
- Creative-tool design, front-end development and code-based prototyping experience are useful extras.
- Keep your camera on during video interviews and attend onboarding in person. The employer offers interview accommodations.
