About the role
Build internal AI tools that help business teams with their daily work. You'll take agents and workflow automations from prototypes into production, then check how well they work and keep them reliable.
What you'll work on
- Work with business teams to choose useful AI projects and connect them to enterprise systems.
- Build evaluations and human approval controls for agents that take actions.
- Own production security and failure handling, and turn shared patterns into reusable components.
What the employer asks for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production applications, integrations, backend systems or AI products.
- Hands-on LLM application experience and experience running an AI workflow in production.
- Strong API and system design skills, including authentication, authorization and observability.
- Ability to work directly with non-engineering teams and decide when rules-based software is the better fit.
- Camera-on video interviews and in-person onboarding. The employer allows up to 5 applications per rolling 30 days, with no reapplication while one is active or within 90 days of a rejection.
