About the role
Set product direction for a SaaS platform as large customers grow across teams and regions. You'll help engineering teams make tenant data portable and define how a shared deployment platform should work.
What you'll work on
- Plan tenant portability and unified deployment work across multiple product and engineering teams.
- Turn customer needs for isolation, regional hosting and compliance into platform requirements.
- Explain why the work needs funding and compare ways to do it. You'll also coach other product managers.
- Explain tenant scale and cellular architecture in customer discussions and at external events.

- Product experience in infrastructure, scalability, cloud services or related technical areas, with results across multiple product areas.
- Knowledge of multitenancy, horizontal scaling and workload isolation. You'll need to be comfortable discussing system design with engineers.
