About the role
Plan the roadmap for a control plane that helps customers manage dedicated cloud infrastructure. You'll improve the customer console and the tools engineers use for upgrades and maintenance.
What you'll work on
- Set product priorities with input from customers and engineering teams.
- Work with engineers and SRE teams on infrastructure operations and maintenance tools.
- Improve workflows for private networking, authentication and instance health.

- Experience setting a product's direction and roadmap and working with engineers to make improvements.
- You understand infrastructure and operational tradeoffs.
- Experience making complex workflows easier to use and working directly with customers.
- You can set priorities on your own. Experience with control planes or cloud consoles helps, but you don't need it.
